As a Home Health RN Case Manager, you’ll enjoy an autonomous schedule, allowing you to manage your day while providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a weekend on-call rotation only once every six weeks and just one holiday per year.
