Position Specific Description: Supports the NextEra Energy fleet, both in the regulated and deregulated markets. Responsible for improving the reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness of our fossil fleet. Must be able to conduct root cause analysis and effectively communicate recommendations to our customers from the most junior level of the organization up to and including our Executive VP team. This position’s primary focus will involve all Balance of Plant (BOP) valves. Support of valve issues that occur on other systems as well as other BOP equipment will also be periodically required.
