We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing, happy, responsible, and positive individuals who love ice cream as much as we do to join our ice cream shop family! Position Summary: The role of the shift Leader is to act as a monitor and enforcer of the day to day operations and procedures, staff supervision and customer experience. The person in this role is essentially an extension of the owners, supporting their goals of assuring happy and satisfied customers, knowledgeable and dependable employees and an exciting, unique and fulfilling customer experience. This person reports to the Shop Manager.
