Production Management Trainee As a member of Silgan's Production Management Development Program (PMDP), you will acquire all the necessary knowledge to assume operations management positions within the organization. Silgan’s ideal candidate will have a can-do, will-do attitude, solid technical and mechanical aptitudes, effective communication and management skills, knowledge of complex manufacturing operations, and the ability to operate successfully within a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
