Key Responsibilities: Our 12-week paid summer internship, provides an exciting opportunity to develop an understanding of the skills needed to succeed within a busy HR team in a commodities trading environment, through hands-on projects, tailored guidance and mentorship and constructive feedback. You will have the opportunity to gain experience with using a HRIS system (Cascade), as well as working with programmes such as Excel and supporting with the development of our internal Sharepoint site, where your IT and automation skills will make a real difference to streamline and improve processes. Our internships are best suited to those currently undertaking a 3rd level degree or masters, or those who have recently graduated from a relevant area of studies.
