Reporting to the Paymaster, the Senior Payroll Technician plays a key role in the rigorous execution and monitoring of the full payroll cycle. With strong technical expertise and a high degree of autonomy, this individual ensures payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with all applicable standards. They also support operations related to benefits, legal obligations, and collective agreements. Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, the Senior Payroll Technician contributes to process improvements and acts as a go-to person for team members and internal partners.
