We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Services Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in providing front line management and supervision of cleaning activities across a portfolio within the Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) contract. Principally the Cleaning Services Manager is responsible for directing and leading a team delivering cleaning services through employees to meet agreed contractual standards. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Planning, organising, and prioritising work in order to meet targets and strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders. - Develop effective working relationships with both the client and the contract team ensuring the successful delivery of all operational cleaning projects. - Build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships and promote our range of services to the client.
