Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Corporate Action Analyst to join our PostTrade Strategic Initiatives team. The PostTrade team at HRT designs and operates the systems and processes that reconcile the firm’s trading with our various brokers and counterparties around the world. Due to the high volume of trades and complexity of our global trading system, we rely heavily on automation to reduce operational risk, ensure data integrity, and maintain regulatory compliance. In this role, you will work as part of a tight-knit, highly productive Strategic Initiatives team to develop operational efficiencies, collaborating with multiple teams across HRT’s global business. Corporate actions are a growing priority for this team – the ideal candidate has strong knowledge of corporate actions and asset servicing across markets, is passionate about utilizing technology and automation tools to work on a wide scope of operational projects, and is meticulously detail-oriented.
