Job Description: The Coordinator, Corporate Administration ensures the smooth, consistent delivery of administrative services that support day‑to‑day operations across MSC Canada offices. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role oversees core office logistics (space, supplies, vendor interactions, and building service requests), manages scheduling resources and communication tools (e.g., boardroom bookings and collaboration platforms), and provides high‑touch internal service to leaders and teams.
