This role leads HR initiatives across our head office functions and translates business strategy into scalable workforce, talent, and culture solutions. The Director provides thought leadership across talent, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development, while ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with Saputo’s values and long-term growth objectives.
