Join our team as the U.S. Pioneer agent commercial unit - Sales Excellence Manager and exercise your strengths in facilitating adult learning through designing, implementing, and measuring a broad range of sales learning programs. Your natural ability in relationship building will build collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources. Location: Johnston, IA: What You'll Do: - Support and implement sales learning initiatives and programs aligned with key area sales objectives.
