The CCR&R Early Learning Manager provides integrated leadership across regional CCR&R services in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. This role supervises multi‑disciplinary teams (Quality Improvement Specialists, Preschool Promise coaches/support, System Navigation, and Yamhill office staff); builds and stewards partnerships; ensures grant and contract compliance; coordinates educator recruitment/retention strategies; and drives data‑informed continuous improvement and professional learning aligned to Oregon's Early Learning priorities (e.g., Spark, Oregon Early Learning Coaching Guidelines). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
