Requisition Number: 224284 Job Description: Cinas is seeking a Supply Chain Physical Automation Platform Lead who will be responsible for defining, governing, and deploying scalable automation solutions across the global distribution network. This role shapes the enterprise automation roadmap, partners closely with operations, IT, and suppliers, and leads major automation implementations from concept through stabilization. Day to day, the role balances strategic platform leadership with hands-on technical and project execution. Key Responsibilities Include: - Define and maintain enterprise automation standards, requirements, and design principles. - Establish and govern a multi-year automation solution menu and roadmap. - Evaluate automation technologies based on performance, cost, maintainability, and integration fit. - Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives prior to network-wide deployment. - Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and controls system designs. - Lead end-to-end automation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and vendors. - Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance.
