Railroad Track Project Manager (Multi-Site Operations) Location: Spartanburg, SC Lead multi-site railroad operations with a growing national company. Road & Rail Services is hiring a Project Manager to oversee railroad track maintenance, track construction, and rail infrastructure projects across multiple locations. This is a field-driven leadership role where you will manage crews, drive operational performance, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced rail professional ready to take ownership of multi-location operations and team leadership. What You'll Do: You will lead railroad operations across multiple sites, overseeing railroad track maintenance and track construction projects in active rail environments.
