General Job Function: HR Country Partner / Manager for France You will be supporting 4 companies (1 over 500 employees and 3 below 50 employees). You will manage the HR Operations team for France (3 persons). The scope of HR Operations includes: - Individual relationships: from employee joining the company to employee leaving it (excluding talent acquisition and payroll duties) - Collective relationships: WC, collective agreement, etc. - Local and global compliance - Support HR global processes Duties and Responsibilities: - Cascade all HR global processes (merit, performance, HR organisation, engagement) & policies and support implementation. - Look for opportunities to continuously improve speed of delivery and simplify current HR practices and policies. - Stay current on regulatory changes and all labor laws; update and ensure internal compliance working closely with legal and...
