Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Facility Services team as a Refurb Technician that is responsible for demo, clean-up and reconstruction of sold apartments. This full-time position with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for: - Responsible for tasks required to refurbish an apartment for resale. These may include, demolition work, moving interior walls, installing cabinets, installing showers, etc. - Minor electrical and plumbing work required. - Assist the Director in ordering parts to remodel the apartments. - High School diploma or equivalent.
