About this Role As a Branch Manager at First Bank, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a bank branch and its employees. Your key responsibilities include operating as a business owner, fostering a team environment, instilling a client-centric and risk-aware culture, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will ensure operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness within the branch to successfully put our clients first. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
