DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to read architectural floor plans and door/hardware schedule Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes and possess the Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers, and customers Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.) Basic knowledge in installation of wood frames, Basic knowledge of electrified hardware.
