Job description

Position Summary We are currently seeking a motivated, positive and enthusiastic young individual to join our People Team as a Learning & Development Support. The internship lasting 6 months initially with possibility to extend by additional 6 months is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of training and develop their skills in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. Role and Responsibilities: The successful Learning & Development Intern will support the Learning & Development function in the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives aimed at developing employees’ skills and supporting business performance. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, the intern will contribute to the organization of training programs, learning events and internal development initiatives, gaining exposure to the full training cycle: planning, coordination, delivery support and follow-up.
