Position Overview: As a Lead Mechanical Development Engineer you will lead a team of engineers focused on lubrication development for outboard and sterndrive engines. You will be part of the Mechanical Development team, who is responsible for the design, testing, development, and validation of engine fuel, lubrication, cooling, exhaust, valve train and power cylinder systems for Mercury Outboards, MerCruiser Sterndrive engines, and Mercury high-speed diesel marine engines.
