Job Description: Compliance Specialist – Key responsibilities: The Compliance Specialist will support, among others, the following activities: (e.g. Machinery Directive, EMC Directive, REACH, CLP, WEEE, UK product legislation).  Advocacy Specialist – Key responsibilities - Review and analyse product safety and environmental legislation, directives, standards, and upcoming regulatory changes that may affect TEL’s business - Monitor differences in how EU and UK regulations are implemented at national level. - Assess regulatory risks and their potential impact on TEL business and operations. - Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior management. - Work with TEE departments and TEL corporate product teams to identify practical and compliant business solutions. - Support sales and service teams with regulatory questions from customers, and join customer meetings where needed.
