DIRECT HIRE: The Commercial HVACR Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and startup support on commercial and industrial HVACR equipment across a range of customer sites. This role is focused on larger and more complex systems such as rooftop units (RTUs), makeup air units (MAUs), split systems, exhaust and ventilation equipment, boilers, chilled water equipment, and related controls/components. You are responsible for delivering safe, high-quality work, communicating clearly with customers and internal team members, and helping customers keep critical equipment operating reliably. 📍 Working Location: Elizabethtown, PA. 💰 Pay Range: $40hr - $42hr 🕒 Shift: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm Benefits Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVACR systems, including as applicable: RTUs, MAUs, split systems, exhaust fans, unit heaters, air handlers, boilers, pumps, economizers, VFDs, refrigeration components, and chilled water equipment - Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, seasonal service, and equipment startups - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, combustion, and control-related issues - Read and interpret wiring diagrams...
