This role is key to ensuring our customers and service technicians have the right parts and information to keep their vehicles in top condition. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person, over the phone, or through online platforms. Accurately identify and recommend the correct automotive parts based on the customer’s needs and vehicle specifications.
