Job DetailsJob Location: InterContinental Buckhead - Atlanta - Atlanta, GA 30326AAA Parking is seeking dedicated and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our AAA Parking - InterContinental Buckhead Hotel team. The Maintenance Worker plays a vital role by maintaining the overall appearance of the facility, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and assisting with special projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities: Walk the facilities picking up trash, checking for burned out lights, empty full trash cans, etc. Record any repair or maintenance problems, Report illegal parkers and ticket if necessary Sweep all entrances and exits and pick up any trash, sweep garages regularly Clean all restrooms in facilities and all stairwells Maintain any other equipment on facilities Clean all oil/water spots as needed Check all ticket spitters and gates to ensure that they are working properly and are properly stocked with tickets and the correct time is on equipment.
