JOB TITLE: Security Guard - SLH - CPH Main (40), Security (Full-Time, Days/Nights) STATUS: Full-Time: DEPARTMENT: Security: LOCATION: Canton-Potsdam Hospital - 50 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY 13676 SCHEDULE: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM SUMMARY: The role plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across Rochester Regional Health facilities. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, monitoring facility access, assisting patients and visitors, and responding to both routine and emergency situations. Officers are expected to deter aggression, enforce safety protocols, and communicate effectively with diverse populations. This position requires professionalism under pressure and a strong commitment to customer service and public safety.
