Overview Waters Corporation is currently looking to hire a Production Machinist to join our organization within our Global Machining Operations. Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Centerless Grinder Operator to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Tschudin and Royal Master centerless grinding machines to produce precision components that meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate Tschudin and Royal Master centerless grinding machines (through-feed and/or in-feed). - Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings. - Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators. - Maintain strict adherence to dimensional and surface finish requirements. - Perform routine machine adjustments, wheel changes, and dressing operations. - Troubleshoot issues related to machine operation or part quality. - Accurately document inspection results and production data. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. - Communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervisi...
