Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Responsible for ensuring compliance and optimization of the pharmacy 340B program while leading the work of a team and ensuring they meet goals effectively. Will lead training and development of Pharmacy 340B staff, manage timekeeping, and participate in performance reviews. Lead the development/ongoing maintenance of the 340B program as well as ensure regulatory compliance requirements and support business development activities. Will foster a positive team environment and facilitate communication with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. - Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. - Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork when facilitating clinical standards and operational decisions and resolving issues .
