Complies with agency, program policies and daily nursing duties. Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and Medical Director. Applies nursing principles and techniques in the direct care and treatment of patients. Make assessments of and documents patient's health status. Assists providers in clinic sessions, maintains medical records, interprets, and implements provider's orders/ recommendations to patient, initiating patient care and follow up referrals as appropriate and accurately documents all clinically pertinent Information.
