SUMMARY: BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is currently seeking an Integrated Construction Technician I that will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, modeling, and drafting support for commercial construction and manufacturing projects, including wall panels, floor systems, MEP systems and components, equipment installation details, production tooling, and fabrication packages. Performs a broad scope of CADD drafting assignments of basic difficulty to support manufacturing, engineering, and production operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support proposals, estimating, procurement, production planning, and construction packages for commercial construction components. Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details for walls, floors, roofs, MEP assemblies, prefabricated construction components and equipment installations. Coordinate drawing requirements with structural, architectural, and MEP engineers, production supervisors, and design managers.
