Job Overview The Service Operations Scheduler is responsible for matching technician resources with specific customer requirements and ensuring the seamless execution of Data Center (DC) service activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of technician availability and project timelines, coordinating resources to guarantee continuous onsite coverage for startup, commissioning, warranty, and repair tasks at DC sites. Key Responsibilities: - Match technician resources with customer requirements to support DC service execution. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technician availability and coordinate assignments for all DC service activities. - Ensure continuous onsite coverage by allocating DC technicians to projects based on timelines and staffing needs. - Collaborate with HR business partners, area managers, and service managers to gather input on technician availability, identify capacity constraints or excess, and communicate findings to the DC national leader. - Work closely with DC project managers, service managers, and foremen to keep the master schedule updated with travel, time-off, and training information. - Publish daily updates on technician resourc...
