Construction Accountant

Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for a Construction Accountant for our office headquarters in Minneapolis. This role will oversee projections and actuals for construction projects on a Work in Place and Financial Reporting basis. Prepare construction financial reports and reconcile and validate reporting across multiple systems. Partner with regional teams on profit projections, variance analysis, and other construction related matters. Work with field leaders on their budgets and forecasts. This position will be part of the Construction Accounting Team and will report directly to the Senior Director of Construction Accounting. In addition to the Construction Accounting Team, this role will have the opportunity to work with the greater cross-functional accounting and finance team team including; Corporate Accounting, Development Accounting, FP&A and Finance Technology. It will also collaborate with and the Construction Operational Excellence Team.
