Description Our Assistant General Resort Manager is responsible for assisting the GM with the operational and continued profitability of the resort and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests. They are in charge of everything from administrative activities, marketing, property maintenance, budgeting, and most importantly guest relations. This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Coordinate team member selection and development and ensure team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures - Ensure guests receive the highest levels of customer service consistent with Island's Customer Service Philosophy - Handle and resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and issues in a timely and professional manner, communicating through a variety of means - Monitor, code, and approve all invoices for operating expenses and sales-related costs - Maintain petty cash and activity accounts - Handle and report emergencies that may arise on site, insuring adherence to standard operating procedures - Oversee and account for balancing of RV income nightly. - Signs off on bank deposits and forwards RV income report on a nightly basis...
