You will oversee a team of Leads and Coordinators, driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions, process improvement, and strategic staffing. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 10–15; oversee performance, scheduling, and professional growth. Operational Oversight: Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling Admissions, Recertifications, and Resumptions while maintaining compliance with physician frequency orders. Data & KPIs: Create and monitor daily/weekly reports (Payroll, Nurse Quotas, Visit Compliance) to optimize department performance and hit KPI goals.
