Job description

Job Summary Primary responsibilities will be the duties and responsibilities associated with maintaining various aspects of the buildings and grounds. This may entail, but is not limited to, performing duties related to facility maintenance, care for the grounds, waste removal and winter salting/snow shoveling. This individual also has secondary responsibilities relating to pest control to include working with the pest control contractor during onsite inspections and service. Hourly Rate: $19.30-$23.50/hour: Shift: 6AM-2:30PM; M-F: Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
