Job Overview The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) for Hubbell. The team is responsible for all salaried recruiting across the United States, salaried and hourly recruiting in Mexico and select hourly recruiting needs in the U.S. while providing recruiting tools, process and external partnerships to support all global hiring. This role provides strategic leadership and operational excellence to ensure Hubbell attracts, engages and hires critical talent today and over the long term. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent, Inclusion and Communications, this role leads the enterprise talent acquisition strategy, including multi-year talent attraction planning, recruiting governance, systems, tools, vendor partnerships, talent acquisition operations and recruiting marketing support for all global locations.
