TITLE: Packer C POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining highest quality. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school graduate or equivalent - Good oral and written communication skills - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. - Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packed - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas - Pack and inspect efficiently - Complete quality bag checks every fifteen minutes - Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: - Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Inteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
