Description The Management Analyst II supports Army force development and personnel analysis efforts by evaluating organizational structures, manpower requirements, and workforce data to inform force design decisions. This role plays a critical part in aligning personnel capabilities with operational requirements and ensuring that force structure changes are supported by accurate data and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Force Structure & Personnel Analysis: - Analyze current and future force structure requirements - Support development of Force Design Updates (FDUs) and related documentation - Evaluate personnel requirements based on mission needs, workload, and organizational design Data Analysis & Systems Utilization: - Extract, analyze, and interpret data from systems such as: - FMSWeb - IPPS-A - MOCS - PAMWEB - Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making - Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in workforce distribution Planning & Documentation: - Prepare detailed analytical reports, staffing models, and recommendations - Support development of concept plans, organizational charts, and manpower studies - Document findings and ensure traceabilit...
