Project Manager, III - 26001E9 Description: Job Summary: The Project Manager, III (PM, III) is responsible for project management of highly complex projects, and/or full implementation from initiation to closeout for a group of related projects, or subsidiary programs. The PM is ultimately accountable for ensuring the program/project is planned, executed and finalized according to agree upon scope, deadlines and approved budgets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts between the institution’s team members and third-party suppliers in order to successfully deliver. The PM will ensure the program’s/project’s objectives are defined and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Own the full program lifecycle. Successful program delivery includes full implementation from initiation to closeout for a group of related projects, or subsidiary programs (i.e., program components). Ensure program success criteria is defined, approved and then used as input to project charters for the program components.
