Job description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To lead, oversee, and review the daily work of staff responsible for providing cleaning services for assigned buildings/facilities to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions; and to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other duties as assigned or directed by Account Manager or Operations Manager (this could include, but is not limited to, floor care – stripping and waxing floors, extraction and bonneting of carpets, auto scrub and buffing of floors). - Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and are aware of performance requirements. - Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the daily work of staff. - Establish schedules, work goals and methods for providing cleaning services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly – utilizing staff input. - Maintain a motivational and supportive working environment for staff. - Implement and support customer service goals. - Utilization of Q.A.
