JD Security is a national leader in Electronic Security, delivering advanced CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and Monitoring solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join our Head Office Team based in Wetherill Park. This newly established role will allow you to lead a team of experienced engineers who bring deep product and systems knowledge. Your job is to provide the management layer that is currently missing: governance, allocation, development, commercial performance and strategic alignment with the wider business. Position Description: Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a national team of systems and project engineers. Establish consistent ways of working, conduct performance reviews, manage workload allocation across competing state and national demands, and build knowledge redundancy across the team. Sales Engineering Support: Partner with state sales representatives and Technical Managers on complex opportunities.
