Job Summary: - Preparing food according to spec in a timely fashion - Adhere to safety and sanitation Responsibilities: - Plate presentation and spec standards upheld - Maintains a clean work environment - Knows the menu - Follows a recipe - Performs daily cleaning lists - Follows proper product rotation and labeling - Follows all health codes Qualifications: - Can lift 20 pounds - Demonstrates Teamwork - 1 plus years experience in cooking - Ability to work in fast paced environment.
