We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to head Product and Systems Management for the Product Unit EW. The Product Unit EW is a part of the Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities within Surveillance. The Product Unit is responsible for profitability, strategies, budgets and long- and short term goals for the portfolio within the EW Product family. The product unit consists of contract- project- and product management as well as System design, Software development, Integration and Verification. As Head of Product & Systems Management, you will have overall responsibility for the products within the unit from a product and system perspective. You will play a key role in defining the direction of our offering – ensuring that product strategies, system architecture, and roadmaps are aligned with customer needs, market developments, and future capabilities.
