Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. is a hands-on internal consultant who serves as the process expert on cross-functional projects. Leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics tools, the role identifies performance gaps, designs future state processes, and partners with teams to implement sustainable, measurable change. This specialist focuses on standardizing work, optimizing system configuration, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across Service, Parts, Rental, and other key business units.
