Job Description Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves clients across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and/or Behavior Consultants in: We have both part time and full-time positions as a Master’s Level Clinician (Behavior Consultant- Must be enrolled in a Behavior Analytic verified course sequence and seeking supervision in order to sit for the BACB exam) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, in home, community, school and clinic settings. The IBT HCBS program is designed to provide treatment for children and support for families in their natural environment.
