Responsible for controlling/monitoring property access and egress. Responsible for monitoring alarm systems and composing incident reports, performing proactive foot patrols, directing traffic, and liaise with police/fire/ems. Job Duties: Assist with the distribution of late arrival rental packages. - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of team members, guests, owners, and vendors in order to maintain security of premises. - Maintain reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences. - Summon EMT, police or fire departments in case of emergency situations. - Responsible for completion of Security Officer Report each shift and incident r...
