DOT is seeking a Public Hearing Coordinator to help grow and expand Dining Out NYC (DONYC). Under the direction of the Director of Public Engagement, this individual will be responsible for preparing and conducting DONYC public hearings and executing stakeholder outreach to support DONYC. The selected candidate will also be responsible for: increasing awareness of the programs benefits and understanding of the licensing process; prepare PowerPoint presentations; attend DONYC events and trade shows; gathering feedback from applicants and key stakeholders on the program to improve future operations; prepare reports as needed; address complaints received through ARTS, email, and 311; using outreach to support DOT staff around key events...
