Your Opportunity, Your Team The Director, People Lead for Global Supply Chain & Operations is a senior strategic HRBP role within the People Team function at QVC Group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as the enterprise People partner for our global Supply Chain and Operations organizations - one of the most complex and operationally critical client groups in the company. Your client group spans global supply chain, US fulfillment centers, customer service, real estate & workplace services, and other core operational functions. This includesa large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforce operating across multiple sites and time zones. You will own the human capital strategy for this population end-to-end, influence senior operations leaders on decisions that affect thousands of employees, and lead a globally dispersed team of People & Organization (P&O) leaders who deliver on the ground every day. This is not an administrative HR role.
