We are looking for a highly qualified full-time Human Resources Business Partner/Talent Acquisition professional to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience including full employment life cycle, recruiting, onboarding, engagement, employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, work comp, and unemployment. The initial work schedule is M-F, 9a-5:30p (for training period), followed by regular work shift schedule M-F, 8:30a-5p.
