Description Director of Sales Will be responsible for Sales Management in all GTS territories and service demographics Primary Areas of Responsibilities: - Help manage the Outside Sales team - Maintain, grow, and assist significant accounts as their Outside Sales Representative - Make Joint Sales Calls with Outside Sales staff two days a week - Generate and distribute leads - Work with the Purchasing Department on new market opportunities - Work with VP of Sales and Purchasing Manager to negotiate large job purchases with vendors Challenges: - Grow the Sales Department while maintaining profitability - Work across multiple departments within GTS - Familiarize yourself with new and innovative products in the industry - Prioritize responsibilities and desires accordingly in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner - Arrange multiple schedules for joint sales calls with outside sales team - Maintain an excellent staff while managing labor budgets Executive Responsibilities: - Help management team with unexpected issues throughout GTS - Travel to all GTS territories - Travel to Industry and Network Events Requirements: Experience: - 5–10+ years of sales experience - 3–5+ years in...
