What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for implementing life skills trainings for youth, as well as behavioral plans, treatment plan objectives and recreational activities as designed by the Multidisciplinary Team (Program Director, Clinician, Life Skills Coach, and Case Manager). The Residential Services Program Manager will provide leadership to Residential Counselors, ensuring duties and responsibilities are carried out in a supportive and professional manner. Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work. Your Main Priorities: While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Semi-Independent Living residential intervention Program for youth ages 16-20. - Organize activities with youth with structured community engagement. - Coordinate referrals and intakes with state agency personnel and participate in in intake meetings as necessary. - Participate in the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model for youth with extensive trauma backgrounds. - Oversee the operational, financial, and administrative operations of the residential intervention program to meet the needs of the youth. - Manage staffing for the prog...
